Faulty Main Control Board

Check to see if the touchpad is receiving voltage from the main control board and if it isn’t, then check all of the wiring connecting up to the touchpad; ensure nothing is cracked or burnt out.
If some of these things check out, then you’ll want to check with a voltmeter (if possible) to make sure that each button has continuity with the ground when pressed and that none of them have an electrostatic buildup preventing them from making contact.
Ensure the door latch works properly
Make sure to plug your dishwasher in and that the circuit breakers haven’t been tripped. Wait for the drain cycle to finish and then flip the switch on to start it up again.
Make sure that your latch is working properly if things don’t go as planned, you’ll want to know so you can fall back on a proper backup plan.
The power switch must be turned on
The dishwasher must be turned on. Some switches are positioned inside a compartment located below or near your sink.
If resetting does not work, you must disconnect power to restart the board. After one minute, restore power and check if the dishwasher will reboot.
